You probably reach for nutritional drinks more often because you want to live more practically. Goals of Saturo customers range from more time for work or sport to replacing fast food.

Complete foods are easy to prepare (or require no preparation at all), come in convenient sizes and make calorie counting a breeze. All this makes complete food a good solution for many nutritional challenges.

However, many people don't realize that Complete Nutrition offers other benefits. Read on to learn three more ways complete nutrition can improve your life.

Complete nutrition is inexpensive

Going to a restaurant, ordering food and cooking every day can be quite expensive. Especially if you're looking for quality ingredients. Many people initially believe that complete nutrition is a luxury. While there are some exceptions, complete food products are usually cheaper than alternative meals.

Saturo For example, at just €1.87 per meal, we offer one of the cheapest options on the market. At the same time, we do not compromise on the quality of the ingredients. Our meals contain 26 valuable vitamins and minerals, keep you full for up to 3 hours and always provide a balanced supply of nutrients.

Complete nutrition avoids food waste

Did you know that around a third of the food produced for human consumption worldwide - around 1.3 billion tons - is lost or wasted every year?

This should come as no surprise, as we tend to buy and cook too much. Food is often thrown away due to unnecessarily high quality standards, not only at home but also in retail outlets. However, the majority of food waste occurs earlier in the supply chain: in industrialized countries, 60% of food waste occurs during harvesting and processing*. This means that more than half of the food produced for our consumption is lost before it even reaches the supermarket. There are several reasons for these figures. One of them is that fruit and vegetables are thrown away if they are not the right shape or size and therefore cannot be processed efficiently.

Food is also wasted in restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other establishments due to high quality standards, even though it would actually still be suitable for consumption. As customers, we are of course partly responsible for this. Some stores and supermarkets offer this food at a reduced price (including us) or donate it. However, these companies are just a drop in the ocean.

How can Complete Nutrition help you to live more sustainably? Our drinks provide exactly one small or large meal, so nothing is left over. The shelf life is also (much) longer than that of conventional food, resulting in less food waste. Without preservatives, of course.

But food waste is not the only problem. Non-vegan products require a lot of additional resources for food production. This means more water, energy and acreage. This puts a strain on our environment.

We take the problems associated with our environment to heart and are constantly looking for more sustainable ways to produce our products.
