Bin nach wie vor ein großer Saturo Fan. Habe aber letztens eine Lieferung mit Ablaufdatum Juli 2026 bekommen - das ist nicht OK. (weiß nicht mehr ob es Vanille oder Erdbeere war und kann gerade nicht nachsehen).

Our Saturo Balanced Powder is a balanced meal you mix yourself that contains all the essential nutrients your body needs.
Each serving provides 30 g of protein, all 26 essential vitamins & minerals, fibre and a probiotic. 100% vegan and soya-free.
How do I make the Balanced Powder?
Add 500 ml of water + 100 g of powder (3 level measuring scoops) to your shaker and give it a shake for 30 seconds. Done.
Tip for the creamiest result: add 200 ml of lukewarm water to your shaker, add 100 g of powder and shake well. Then add the remaining 300 ml of cold water and shake again.
Does one serving really replace a complete meal?
Yes. Each serving provides 400 kcal, 30 g of protein, 26 vitamins & minerals and 9.9 g of fibre – everything that makes up a complete meal. You can replace individual meals or use Saturo as a supplement – whatever fits your routine.
How long does a serving keep you full?
Up to 5 hours. The combination of protein, fibre and complex carbohydrates keeps you full for longer.
Does the Balanced Powder contain added sugar?
No. 0 g of added sugar. The powder contains just 1 g of naturally occurring sugar per serving. For comparison: an average fruit yoghurt comes in at 15–20 g. The mild sweetness comes from sucralose – a sweetener that causes less of a blood sugar spike than sugar. The Natural flavour is completely free from sweeteners.

Can the Balanced Powder be consumed if you have intolerances?
The Balanced Powder is lactose-free, fructose-free and soya-free. If you have a gluten intolerance or coeliac disease, the gluten-free Classic Powder is the ideal option for you.
Does the Balanced Powder contain probiotics?
The Saturo Balanced Powder contains Bacillus Coagulans, a heat-resistant probiotic that supports your digestion. Unlike many probiotics, it survives both storage and preparation with water.
