Cancellation policy

You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order (contract) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

We want the process to be simple and straightforward for you, so we have listed the necessary steps below

How does the cancellation and return process work?

  1. If you decide to cancel your order, contact us (Saturo Foods GmbH, Mariahilfer Str. 101/3/45, 1060 Vienna, Austria, +43 1 395 079 400). The best way is to send an email to with the subject "Return" and your order number and clearly state that you want to return the products or cancel your order.
    You can also use the attached sample cancellation form which, however, is not mandatory.
    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  2. We recommend sending your order either with Post AT (for Austria), DHL or another safe and reputable courier company.
  3. Please send the package back to:

  4. The goods must be returned to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
  5. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected. Based on the quantity and condition, we will inform you by email. How much of the original amount paid we will refund. After we receive your package, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 business days.

Only items purchased directly from the Saturo website can be returned in the manner described above. SATURO products purchased from other retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.

The direct costs of returning the goods will not be borne by Saturo. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

What happens after cancellation?

We have 14 working days after we receive your package in our warehouse to refund the money. Refunds will be made according to our refund policy below and in the same manner in which the order was paid for, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will not be initiated until the package arrives at our warehouse or until we have proof that the package has been received at our warehouse.

Extended return guarantee

Because we know that food is something very special, in addition to the legal right of withdrawal, as a gesture of goodwill, we grant you the opportunity to try a product.

Please note that all products must be returned in the condition in which you received them in order to receive a refund. Details can be found below and the exact amount of the refund will be estimated based on the criteria below:


All packages that are either unopened or from which no more than 1 bottle has been removed will be fully refunded.

There will be no refund for packs missing more than 1 bottle.


We will fully refund all boxes that are either unopened or missing 1 bar or less.

We do not give refund for boxes with more than 1 bar missing.


All bags that have not yet been opened will be fully refunded.

No refund will be made for bags that have been opened, as they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.


Received the wrong product?

We would first like to apologize for any inconvenience. It is our primary goal to provide our customers with the highest quality service and products. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

If you have received an incorrect product, please email us with the subject "Incorrect Product" and your order number. Once we receive your email, we will initiate an investigation and notify you of the next steps in 1-2 business days. If the wrong product was shipped because you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, we are happy to replace the product. However, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the contents.
