When and how do I consume Saturo?

You can have Saturo at any time, so there's no single perfect moment. The right time is whenever you need it — whether that's when you'd normally have a meal, when you're hungry or when your blood sugar is low. You can also enjoy Saturo chilled or blended with your favourite fruits.

Why not just eat 'real' food?

Eating the right things is easier said than done. Making sure you get all the nutrients your body needs is a real challenge. As it stands, 69% of adults are overweight or obese, and many people have diabetes. So getting your diet right is anything but simple. For a lot of people, it's not a lack of knowledge or willpower — it's just a lack of time. That's where Saturo helps. Instead of being stuck with an unhealthy ready meal or fast food, you can have an affordable, quick, tasty and healthy meal — Saturo.

What does the name Saturo mean?

We put a lot of time into perfecting our product, so we were happy to put just as much time into finding the best possible name. After comparing countless options across several languages, we found it in Italian. Saturo was the perfect choice – it means full or satiated, which fits the product to a tee.

What is Saturo?

Saturo is Europe's first complete meal in a bottle. With Saturo, you can eat well anytime without the hassle. Whether it's a drink, bar or powder — Saturo fits into your diet. Our products give you all the nutrients you need for peak performance and a healthy life. So you can focus fully on your goals.

What do I need Saturo for?

Saturo makes it easy to eat healthily and stay on top of your nutrition, even when life gets hectic. Just open a bottle or take a few seconds to mix your shake and enjoy — that's all there is to it. No need to spend energy thinking about what to eat, rushing to the shops, cooking or cleaning up. No refrigeration needed either. On top of that, Saturo is incredibly convenient and simple to use.

Does Saturo contain fructose?

Our Saturo drinks and the Classic Powder contain fructose. Our Balanced Powders (except the Banana and Strawberry flavours) are fructose-free.

Does Saturo contain lactose?

All of our products are lactose-free.

Is Saturo vegan/vegetarian?

Yes, all of our Saturo products are vegan.

Can I have Saturo if I'm diabetic?

Saturo has been developed for the average adult. To date, there are no studies on how diabetics respond to it. If you have any further questions, we'd recommend speaking to your GP.

Can Saturo help with gaining or losing weight?

Absolutely. Everyone has their own calorie needs, and with Saturo products you can keep track of your calorie intake with ease. It saves you the hassle of counting calories, and the balanced nutrients can help prevent cravings. For weight loss, we also offer a specially formulated weight loss shake – the Saturo Shape Shake.

What allergens does Saturo contain?

Our Saturo drinks contain soya.

Our Saturo Classic Powder contains soya and may also contain traces of gluten due to production processes. However, no gluten-containing ingredients are used as standard.

Our Saturo Balanced Powder and Saturo Shape Shake contain gluten from oats.

How long do Saturo products last?

All Saturo products have a shelf life of up to 12 months. You'll find the exact best-before date on every pack. We always guarantee a best-before date of at least one month. If you'd like to know the current best-before date of a specific product, just get in touch and we'll give you the latest dates for each product.

A freshly mixed shake keeps for a few hours. If you don't want to drink it all in one go, it can be stored in the fridge for roughly 24 hours. Opened Saturo bottles must be consumed within 24 hours.

How long does Saturo keep you full?

Our products keep you full for up to 5 hours.

Does Saturo need refrigerating and how should I store it?

Storing Saturo products is dead simple. Our drinks don't need refrigerating and can be kept at room temperature. Our powders and bars should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with support@saturo.com as soon as possible.

We work quickly and aim to ship orders as fast as we can. If we haven't sent yours out yet, we can change or cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can return it to us.

Can I buy Saturo offline as well?

In Austria, Saturo is currently available at the vegan Billa store in Vienna (Billa Pflanzilla in Kaufhaus Gerngroß). You can also check our store finder to see if you can buy Saturo near you.

Please note that subscriptions can only be paid by credit card or PayPal.

How does the subscription work?

Once you've set up your subscription, you'll receive your Saturo order at whatever delivery frequency you've chosen (e.g. every 4 weeks). You can cancel the subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

Of course, you can also place one-time orders. Just make sure the subscribe button on the product page is switched off before you add the product to your basket.

How can I return my order?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving them. You'll find more details in our returns policy.

Will my delivery come with a tracking code?

Once the parcel has left the warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Are there any customs charges?

For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we cover all customs charges.

For all other countries outside the EU, customs charges and VAT may apply.

How much does delivery cost and how long does shipping take?

Your order is usually dispatched the same day if you order before 12:00. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday. Please note that bank holidays may affect this.

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Where is Saturo shipped from?

Depending on where you order from, your parcel will be shipped from either Germany or Austria. This means faster delivery times for you and shorter transport distances.

In Germany, we work with our long-standing partner Quivo.
