When and how do I consume Saturo?

Saturo can always be drunk. Therefore, there is no “perfect” time. The right time is when you need it right now! This means whenever you would normally eat a meal if you are hungry or have low blood sugar. You can Saturo Also enjoy chilled or with your favorite fruits.

Why not just eat “real” food?

What does the name mean? Saturo?

Since we invest a lot of time in optimizing our product, we were also happy to invest a lot of time in finding the best possible name. After comparing numerous options in several languages, we found what we were looking for in Italian. Saturo was the best choice because it means saturated and therefore fits the product perfectly.

What is Saturo?

Saturo is Europe's first complete meal in a bottle. With Saturo you can eat a wholesome and simple diet at any time. No matter whether drink, bar or powder - Saturo fits into your diet. Our products provide you with all the nutrients you need for good performance and a healthy life. This means you can fully concentrate on your goals.

Contains Saturo Fructose?

Ours Saturo Drinks and the Classic Powder contain fructose. Our balanced powders (except the banana and strawberry varieties) are fructose-free.

Contains Saturo Lactose?

All of our products are lactose-free.

Is Saturo vegan/vegetarian?

Yes, all of ours Saturo Products are vegan.

I can Saturo consume if I am diabetic?

Saturo was designed for the average adult. So far there are no studies on how diabetics react to it. If you have any further questions, we recommend contacting your trusted doctor.

Can Saturo help you gain or lose weight?

In any case. Everyone has their own calorie needs, and with the help of ours Saturo Products allow you to keep a close eye on your calorie intake. This saves you the hassle of counting calories and the balanced nutrients can also help prevent cravings. To help you lose weight, we also offer a specially formulated weight loss shake Saturo Weight Loss Powder.

Which allergens are in? Saturo included?

Ours Saturo Drinks contain soy.

Ours Saturo Classic Powder contains soy and may also contain traces of gluten due to production. In general, however, no gluten-containing ingredients are used.

Ours Saturo Balanced Powder and ours Saturo Weight Loss Powders contain gluten from oats.

How long are Saturo-products shelf life?

All Saturo-Products have a shelf life of up to 12 months. You can find the exact best-before date on every packaging. We always guarantee a best before date of at least one month. If you would like to know the current expiry date of a specific product, please feel free to contact us and we will give you the current best before date for each product.

A freshly prepared shake lasts a few hours. If you don't want to drink it all at once, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Open ones Saturo-Bottles must be consumed within 24 hours.

How long does it take? Saturo fed up?

Our products will keep you full for up to 5 hours.

Must Saturo be refrigerated and how should I store it?

It's very simple Saturo-Store products. Our drinks do not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature. Our powders and bars should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work very quickly and try to ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if we haven't shipped it yet, we can change or cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, you can return it.

I can Saturo also buy offline?

In Austria is Saturo currently available in the vegan Billa branch in Vienna (Billa Plantilla in the GernGroß department store). You can also in ours Store locator see if you Saturo You can buy directly from your location.

How does the subscription work?

Once you have completed your subscription you will receive your Saturo Order at your chosen delivery frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks). You can cancel the subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.


Of course you can also place individual orders. Just make sure the subscribe button on the product page is disabled before adding the product to your cart.

How can I return my order?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You can find more information in our Return guarantee.

Will my shipment receive a tracking code?

After the package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Are there customs duties?

We cover all customs duties for Switzerland and Great Britain.

For all other countries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply.

How much does delivery cost and how long does shipping take?

Your order will usually be dispatched the same day if you order before 12:00 p.m. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that changes are possible on public holidays.

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Depending on where you order, your package will be sent from either Germany or Austria. This means we can achieve a faster delivery time for you and save on transport.
