When and how do I consume Saturo?

Saturo can always be drunk. So there is no such thing as "the" perfect time. The right time is when you need it! This means whenever you would normally have a meal, when you are hungry or have low blood sugar. You can Saturo also enjoy chilled or with your favorite fruits.

Why not just eat "real" food?

What does the name mean Saturo?

As we invest a lot of time in optimizing our product, we were also happy to invest a lot of time in finding the best possible name. After comparing numerous possibilities in several languages, we found what we were looking for in Italian. Saturo was the best choice as it means saturated and therefore fits the product perfectly.

What is Saturo?

Our products provide you with all the nutrients you need for good performance and a healthy life. So you can concentrate fully on your goals.

Contains Saturo Fructose?

Our Saturo Drinks and the Classic Powder contain fructose. Our Balanced Powders (except the Banana and Strawberry varieties) are fructose-free.

Contains Saturo Lactose?

All our products are lactose-free.

Is Saturo vegan/vegetarian?

Yes, all our Saturo products are vegan.

Can I Saturo when I am diabetic?

Saturo was developed for the average adult. So far there are no studies on how diabetics react to it. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your doctor.

Can Saturo help you gain or lose weight?

In any case. Everyone has their own calorie requirements, and with the help of our Saturo products, you can keep a close eye on your calorie intake. This saves you the hassle of counting calories and the balanced nutrients can also help prevent cravings. We also offer a specially formulated slimming shake, the Saturo Weight Loss Powder, an.

Which allergens are in Saturo included?

Our Saturo Drinks contain soy.

Our Saturo Classic Powder contains soy and may also contain traces of gluten due to the production process. In general, however, no gluten-containing ingredients are used.

Our Saturo Balanced Powder and our Saturo Weight Loss Powder contains gluten from oats.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work very quickly and try to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, if we have not yet shipped it, we can change or cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can return it.

Can I Saturo also buy offline?

In Austria Saturo currently available in the vegan Billa store in Vienna (Billa Pflanzilla in the Gerngroß department store). You can also shop in our Store finder see if you Saturo directly from your local store.

How does the subscription work?

As soon as you have completed your subscription, you will receive your Saturo Order at your chosen delivery frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks). You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.


Of course you can also place individual orders. Just make sure that the subscribe button on the product page is deactivated before you add the product to your shopping cart.

How can I return my order?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You can find further information in our Take-back guarantee.

Will my shipment receive a tracking code?

After the parcel has left the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details.

Are there customs duties?

We cover all customs duties for Switzerland and Great Britain.

For all other countries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Your order will usually be shipped the same day if you order before 12:00 noon. Orders received after 12:00 on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that changes are possible on public holidays.

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

From where Saturo sent?

Depending on where you order, your parcel will be sent either from Germany or Austria. This allows us to achieve a faster delivery time for you and save on transportation.
