Saturo allows you to have a healthy and balanced diet, even in very busy times. Just open a bottle or take a few seconds to prepare your shake and enjoy - that's all it takes. You don't have to spend energy thinking about what to eat, shopping, cooking or cleaning up in time. Refrigeration is not necessary either. What's more, Saturo is extremely convenient and easy to use.
Our products keep you full for different lengths of time:
- 500ml drink: up to 5 hours
- 330ml drink: up to 3 hours
- Plant-based and whey-based powders: up to 5 hours
- Bars: up to 2 hours
Note that the length of satiety may vary from person to person.
You can drink Saturo at any time. Therefore, there is no such thing as "the" perfect time. The right time is when you need it! This means whenever you would normally have a meal, when you are hungry or have low blood sugar. You can also enjoy Saturo chilled or with your favourite fruits.
Eating the right food is not that easy. Making sure you get all the nutrients your body needs is a difficult task. Meanwhile, 69% of adults are overweight or obese and many people have diabetes. So getting the right nutrition is not easy at all. For many people, this is not due to a lack of knowledge or will, but simply a lack of time. Saturo helps. Instead of being forced to eat an unhealthy ready meal or fast food, you can simply enjoy an affordable, quick, tasty and healthy meal - Saturo.
All Saturo products can be stored for up to 12 months. You will find the best-before date on each package. A freshly prepared shake will keep for a few hours. If you don't want to drink it all at once, it can be stored in the fridge for about 24 hours. Opened Saturo bottles must be consumed within 24 hours.
It is very easy to store Saturo products. Our drinks do not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature. Our powders and bars should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Absolutely. Everyone has their own calorie needs, and with the help of our Saturo products you can keep a close eye on your calorie intake. This saves you the hassle of counting calories, and the balanced nutrients can help prevent cravings.
Yes, Saturo Tetra Paks are recyclable.

Since we invest a lot of time in optimising our product, we also liked to invest a lot of time in finding the best possible name. After comparing numerous possibilities, in several languages, we found what we were looking for in Italian. Saturo was the best choice, as it means saturated and therefore fits the product perfectly.
Yes, all our Saturo products are vegetarian. Except for our whey powder, all products are also vegan.
All our SATURO drinks, bars and plant-based powder are lactose-free. Saturo whey-based powder contains about 1g of lactose per 100g.
Our Saturo drinks contain soy.
The whey-based Saturo powder contains lactose.
Our plant-based Saturo contains soya, and may also contain traces of gluten due to the production process. In general, however, no gluten-containing ingredients are used.
The Saturo bar contains almonds.
Saturo was developed for the average adult. So far, there are no studies on how diabetics react to it. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your doctor.
Our Saturo drinks and powder contain fructose. Our Saturo bars are fructose-free.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact support@saturo.com as soon as possible.
We work very quickly and try to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, if we haven't shipped it yet, we can change or cancel it.
If the order has already been shipped, you can return it.
Your order will usually be dispatched the same day if you order before 12:00. Orders received after 12:00 on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that changes are possible on public holidays.

After the package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Once you have subscribed, you will receive your Saturo order once a month. Your package from Saturo will be sent monthly on the day you started your subscription (except weekends). You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You can find more information on the subscription page.
Of course, you can also place individual orders. Just make sure that the subscribe button on the product page is deactivated before you add the product to your shopping cart.
